For the past decade, Kim Hack, the founder of Cocoa + Co., has been a chocolate evangelist, sharing her love of craft chocolate. Visited a Cacao farm in Hawaii. Definitely need to get out and about more now that we've sold the Cafe operations to focus on Tastings!
Taught 4 different classes at Morton Arboretum's Chocolate Weekend. Such a beautiful location and a wonderful bunch of cacao-curious folks.
